Shire of Beverley
Successfully managed disaster recovery application and delivery of the project on behalf of the Shire. Our teams ensured a timely and compliant delivery under DRFA guidelines. Managing the project as Superintendent including supervision, time, cost and quality on behalf of the Shire while ensuring positive cash flow for the duration of the project.
Shire of Coolgardie
Secured DRFA approval after extensive negotiations with DFES to prove the veracity of the claim for the Shire. HC used their expertise to present evidence to a level that could be accepted by DFES and provided a positive outcome for the Shire.
Shire of Dalwallinu
Appointed for civil engineering services to assist the Shire of Dalwallinu with the Management of Contractors, implementation of works and acquittal of funding required for restoration of roads damaged by storms and flooding. Provision of precondition evidence using our internally developed RF Vid Assist programme.
Beverley Council Chambers
Transformed a derelict heritage school building into a modern civic space, complete with, kitchen, gallery, chambers and new toilet facilities — delivered as a full Design & Construct project.
Dalwallinu Shire Offices
Addressed major structural cracking and movement issues. This required repairing and repainting the complete internal layout while the Shire offices were still operational. HC Construction Services completed the works afterhours and, on the weekends, to ensure minimal disruption to Shire operations.
Fremantle Residential Extension and Refurbishment
Complete refurbishment and extension to a high-quality residential property showcasing our attention to detail and craftsmanship in art deco design seamlessly combining old to new finishes exceeding our client’s expectations.
Margaret River Residential Build
Approached by the client for this very challenging build after many local builders had declined to do this project due to the difficulties predicted with the build. Located 15m from Margaret River with challenging access and engineering details HC Construction Services saw this build as a challenge that could be overcome and as a result provided an excellent outcome for the client.
Dalwallinu Housing Maintenance Program
Delivered a Shire wide upgrade and inspection of gutters and roofing, improving safety and longevity and developed a maintenance matrix that can be expanded to include additional disciplines.
Altone Park Shopping Centre
After original builder went into liquidation engaged directly by the client Firmus Property to complete extensive defects list then engaged to Upgrade the fire main water feed and 500+ bay carpark refurbishment all while the centre was fully operational.
Dalwallinu Town Hall
Full internal refurbishment to enhance functionality and preserve heritage value. Removal of existing timber floor and replacement with concrete which addressed major cracking issue. Now fit for purpose and fully tenanted.
Meckering Sports Club
Rapid response and repair of storm damage for the Shire of Cunderdin, restoring community infrastructure. Collapsed ceilings replaced and repainted guttering and completed roof repairs.
